| Amptweaker would like to announce the addition of TightMetal pedal endorser Eran Segal. Eran is the guitarist of the European death metal band Aborted. The band was originally founded in 1995 by vocalist Sven de Caluwé and went through various incarnations, releasing over 6 full length albums and several EP’s, split releases and a DVD. This is a testimony of 15 years of dedication to the extreme.
Allmusic.com stated that Aborted "had grown into the role of key contributors to the death-grind genres" and described the band's style as "unrestrained grindcore savagery and meticulously crafted death metal technicality".
Eran has played in the Israeli hardcore and deathmetal scene for the past decade. He joined Aborted in 2009, and proceeded to write most of the songs on the "Coronary Reconstruction" EP, as well as the "Global Flatline" album due later this year. Eran will be using the Tight Metal pedal in the studio and on the road.
